How late can my event last?

12:00 am, but arrangements can be made for later hours.

How much time do I have for setup and decorations?

Your contract includes 2 hours for setup in the rental fee.

Can we choose our own caterer?

You bet. All licensed caterers are welcome.

Who provides the alcohol?

ABODE Venue holds a liquor license and will provide all alcohol beverages.

We are located at 1330 E. Douglas, Wichita, KS 67214.

What about parking?

We have 3 dedicated parking lots, plus substantial street parking available. You and your guest never have to walk more than 1 or 2 blocks. See our PARKING MAP.

Does ABODE host wedding ceremonies?

We do. Ask us about our wedding ceremony packages.

What about clean up?

You can pay to have the venue cleaned after your event, but if you clean the venue to its previous ready condition, there is no fee!

How many people can I seat?

The Venue at Abode can seat 410 people maximum.

Do you require security? If so, how much?

All event times that exceed 10:00pm require security (off duty Wichita Police Officer, arranged by The Venue). Events over 300 guests may require an additional officer. Officer rates are $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

What is the cost/fee for time going over?

Additional rental time ranges from $150-$250 depending on the day of the event.
